My Understanding of Entrepreneurship and Business Consulting

Well, greetings to all the budding future entrepreneurs, the major economy holders of the near future. There are no limits on who can become a great entrepreneur. You don’t compulsorily need a college degree, a hefty amount of money in the bank or even a business experience to start something that could become the next big thing and set the benchmark. But there is definitely something you need which is the most basic and crucial for every startup, a one in a million idea and a strong plan.

Is it easy to become an Entrepreneur?, in reply to this question I want to revert back by asking another question, is it easy to build an empire?  No. Rome was not built in a day and neither is going to be your startup business. Entrepreneurship is wrongly glamorized by many, making it seem like a piece of cake. That is the sole reason for some of the fresh entrepreneurs to underestimate the real deal of what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Becoming an entrepreneur is a struggle to remember because you are creating something from literally nothing. But then again, don’t ever be afraid of being a part of that struggle or risk, because not taking any risk in the first place is the biggest risk itself.

With this, I want to introduce myself. My name is Saurav Agarwal. I am a chartered accountant, entrepreneur and an international business developer. I developed my skills for 5 years by working with corporate giants like Jai Prakash Associates, Bank of NY Mellon and Crescent Foundry. My passion for entrepreneurship helped and guided me to co-found Promotedge, an integrated marketing agency in 2015, having comprehensive expertise in the mainline and digital platforms which help corporates and start-ups scale by regulating their branding and marketing initiatives. My continued urge for diving deep in the world of entrepreneurship again allowed me to co-found The Trip Space, a travelling agency and partner up with StoreFresh Logitech, which provides warehousing and 3PL services.

Having said that, I now present myself to all the budding entrepreneurs, as a business consultant and strategist specializing in Start-Ups & SMEs. I look forward to helping you with your every step towards your startup planning and ideation with my knowledge in the fields of marketing and finance. I truly hope that my myriad experience and skills in business strategy, new business development and marketing negotiations, will be useful to kick-start your career as an entrepreneur and pave the way for your startup. I am a believer of this fact that startups are made of hopes, dreams, ambitions, a smart and unique idea and planning rather than just capital. Your biggest capital is your idea and business planning. I am forever ready to be a part of that biggest capital.

With that said, let me conclude by leaving two small quotes for all the budding entrepreneurs.
